Treat a SMALL FISH As Well As a BIG One
There was an old business aphorism which said that customer is like a king who has to be treated excellently. Therefore all of business owners and their employees should realize that each customer should get their best services no matter who or what he or she is. Actually we couldn’t predict well that each customer might have great potential to support even enlarge our business in the future by their satisfaction today. Hence a successful business owner candidate always tries to give the best services include their energy and valuable times to each customer as well as they could.
Unfortunately this old concept isn’t being realized by several business owners nowadays especially they who have home industry based business. At least that’s what I’ve been experienced of on last Saturday. I and my boyfriend were looking for a home industry which could make nice cloth bags for my engagement gifts. We were surprised that we didn’t get good service both from the owner and the employees. It seemed like we fully needed them and not on the contrary. We quite rued of their inhospitality even though they have been the most famous one. Perhaps they thought that we just a “small” customer who won’t give much profit to them. I think one matter that has to be realized by all of business owners is their success is always begin with something small such as client satisfaction even a “small” client like us. We may be a “small fish” right now but who could expect that we’ll be a “big fish” someday? When that day is coming, we’ll choose the best business partner who has treated us well in the past while we were a “small” one. Do you think so?
