A lot of people nowadays compete to run a business no matter whether it’s a big or small scale one. Having one even several own businesses has become more promising for some people today since it might deliver more profit and time freedom. As a business could bring more profit and some freedom, I think it has some matters to be fought too. Running our business is often accompanied with many challenges either from inside or outside ourselves. There are several problems those have to be faced by a business owner actually but in my opinion the most critical one is the performance of human resources inside. Therefore many companies nowadays put a big portion of their concern on human resources development which becomes the responsibility of owners and their human resources department.

In the effort to gain a better employees performance, March Group will become the best partner for such companies. Their organizational and personal performance improvement programs surely yield satisfaction for many business owners. March Group concerns to optimize employees performance hence each employee would give their best effort in the company where they work in. Once each employee fully realizes that they could give their best performance then the company would show high gain.

After read a limited business magazine not intentionally, I’m very proud of these three following entrepreneurs who have become successful businessman in my origin country Indonesia by their own philosophies of business. The first person who has become success in telecommunication business line really respect to fairly partnership so that will be intertwined customer’s loyalty in long term. He’s always grateful in every single moment in his life, give thanks in good times and give thanks when knocked over debacles, keep focusing in chosen business line and finding every positive site of a fair competition. While the second person who succeeds in medicine distribution said that business will expand very quickly if it based on assiduity and involved people really enjoy doing it.
